The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NexChat Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create, share, or transmit through the Service. By using NexChat, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. NexChat may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or other reasons beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexChat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Agreement.

10. Changes to This Agreement
